Building my own products.

Aphronix Labs is the independent software studio I founded to research problems, build focused products, and ship them. The idea is simple: find something worth solving, build the smallest version that solves it well, put it in front of real users, and improve it from there.

I do the whole loop myself — product research, design, frontend and backend engineering, and launch. It's small on purpose: it keeps the feedback loop short and every decision honest. SheetParse was the first product to ship, and more are on the bench.

In-browser PDF bank statement → spreadsheet converter

Designed and built a 100% local-first converter that extracts transaction tables from PDF bank statements in the browser and exports real-numbered Excel/CSV. Handles scanned statements with on-device OCR, password-protected PDFs, and a column-alignment studio for misaligned layouts — with zero server uploads.

Local-first JSON studio & AST auto-repair engine

Engineered a privacy-focused, 100% client-side JSON platform that automatically repairs malformed syntax (Python booleans, trailing commas, single quotes) with a custom AST parser. Off-main-thread Web Workers plus one-click inference for composable Zod schemas, TypeScript interfaces, and RFC 4180-compliant CSV exports.
